The course has been recognised by Northumbria University for 60 credit transfer to the 180-credit MSc Surveying (Real Estate/Building Surveying/Quantity Surveying) and MSc Construction distance learning programme.

  1. 1 Applicants are expected to have the following qualifications:
    • A good degree or diploma preferably in engineering or any business related field
    • ‘O’/’N’ Levels (Credits in English and Mathematics) or ESS Workplace Literacy & Numeracy (WPLN) Level 5/6
  2. Applicants not meeting the above qualifications may be required to take bridging courses
