Course Description
The Custodial Checking Skills Certificate is an intermediate pathway to the full Built Environment Custodian Skills Certificate. It imparts value-add multi-tasking hard skills to ‘sight and flag’ builidng defects & health and safety hazards for early intervention, thereby contributing to cost effective repairs, a safer built environment and enhancing of customer service in the process.
M1: Custodial Checking(24 hours)

M2: Commuunications, Customer Service & Work Ethics (8 hours)

The entry requirements are:
- Physically fit and not colour blind
- English literacy and numeracy up to at least Primary 4 level or ESS Workplace Literacy & Numeracy (WPLN) Level 3
- Able to work independently and exercise self-checks of completed tasks.
Progression and skills upgrading to a Built Environment Custodian and beyond is available via the SRP-REMMI Lifelong Learning Roadmap.
32 hours
SSG funding of up to 70% for eligible Singaporeans and PRs is available. SSG course fee funding and subject to certain conditions being met. In addition, eligible Employers can now tap on their Skills Future Enterprise Credit (SFEC) to cover up to 90% of the unfunded course fee amount.

Individuals who wish to enrol on the course can also utilise their Skills Future Credit (SFC) to offset any nett fees payable after SSG funding has been deducted.
